About the Role

As a Buyer, you will support the day-to-day execution of procurement activities across mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical commodities. You will manage purchase orders, supplier communications, delivery tracking, and system updates to ensure materials are available to support engineering builds and production requirements.

This role partners closely with Global Supply Managers (GSMs), Planning, Engineering, and Finance to execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently. You will thrive in a fast-paced hardware environment where responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail are critical.

About the Work

Manage purchase order creation and updates, ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery commitments.

Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase order acknowledgements, shipment schedules, and delivery status.

Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate procurement and supplier information within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. …
