Every new hire at Mars Mining gets a personnel file. Yours holds your schooling, your work, the things you've built and what you want to do next. Upload a resume and we'll fill in what we can. You fix the rest.
Then we check your file against the open roles on our jobs board and send back your missions: the openings that fit you best, each with a short note on why.
Then keep building. Crew members can take free Academy courses and earn certificates that show what you've learned. Learn the work, prove it, get hired.
