Train and interview

Pick a department and work its Academy track. Short modules, quizzes, practice interview questions with written feedback, a final test and a certificate with its own public page. Each step moves you up a rank.

Ranks and tracks

Keep training. Keep climbing.

Every department has its own Academy track and six ranks. You start at R1 the day you join. Quizzes take you to R2, the full track and its final test take you to R3, and R3 opens cross-training in other departments. Surface Ops titles shown.

Before you sign on

What does it cost?

Nothing. The jobs board, the dossier, matching, the resume maker and the Academy are free. You can delete your file whenever you like, and it is gone for good.

Who is it for?

Students looking for a first role or internship, career switchers coming from other industries, and tradespeople: operators, welders, electricians, drivers, mechanics. The frontier needs all of you.

Where do the jobs come from?

Straight from the public careers pages of 55 companies in space, AI, robotics and aerospace. When you apply, you apply on the company's own site.

Is a certificate a license?

No. Academy certificates show you studied the material and passed an online test. Hands-on cards like OSHA, a CDL or CPR still come from the people who issue them.

Do ranks mean a job?

No. Ranks track your Academy progress. They are not job titles and do not mean employment.
