Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on training in foundational technical skills required for manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for preparing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that build competency in tool use, workmanship standards, workplace organization, and process compliance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with instructional experience to prepare employees for success in precision-driven assembly environments. This position requires schedule flexibility and the ability to support day, night, and weekend shifts as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured classroom and hands-on training sessions for manufacturing and assembly personnel.

Train employees on the proper use of hand tools, measurement instruments, and assembly equipment.

Instruct participants on accurately interpreting and executing written work instructions and assembly procedures.

Teach and reinforce 6S/5S workplace organization principles and best practices. …
