Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join our team.

Position Description

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting Oklo’s financial reporting and accounting function. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this role will assist with the preparation and execution of Oklo’s SEC reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures. Other responsibilities include preparing supporting schedules and tie-outs, assisting with technical accounting research, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, executing internal controls, and coordinating with internal and external audit teams. The ability to produce accurate, well-supported work while managing key close and SEC reporting deadlines will be a critical success factor. These tasks will require regular interaction with members of the finance and accounting team, cross-functional business partners, third-party advisors, and external and internal auditors.

Specific responsibilities may include:

Prepare and support quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K financial statements, footnotes, supporting schedules, and related reporting packages.

Perform detailed tie-outs of financial statements and disclosures to the general ledger, supporting workpapers, and source documentation, and prepare quarterly SEC and US GAAP disclosure checklists. …
