We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.

About the role

We are hiring a People Operations Specialist to run the employee lifecycle at Radiant and to keep making it better as we grow.

We're looking for someone who loves building automations, agents and workflows, and wants to point that instinct at People Ops. You'll own the data and systems behind our People Ops stack (HiBob, Ashby, Notion), and use that ownership as the foundation for turning slow, manual, multi-tool processes into things that mostly run themselves. …
