JOB OVERVIEW

Saronic Technologies is seeking driven, execution-focused Project Managers to keep work moving across our shipyard organization. Reporting up to Shipyard Operations leadership, you will own the schedule, risks, and follow-through for your projects, and you will be the person leaders and partners turn to for a clear answer on where things stand. We are looking for responsible, accountable owners who drive projects to results, not just report status.

Location and assignment will be based on your background, skillset, and regional preference, across our shipyards and functional teams. This role is offered at varying levels based on experience and background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics

- Plan and run projects from kickoff through handover

- Track progress every week and keep schedules, risks, and action items current

- Work with engineering, construction, and functional teams to keep everyone lined up

- Manage vendors and contractors, including tracking deliveries and open items

- Spot risks early and raise problems with leadership before they grow, witha options attached
