JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead Supply Chain Finance. This role serves as the finance lead for our monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and owns raw material input standard costs, connecting demand plans, supply plans, and material costs to financial outcomes. You will serve as a direct finance partner to senior leaders in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.

This is a player-coach role. You will start as a hands-on leader of the work and will grow to lead a team of two to four finance professionals as the function scales. You will spend most of your time leading rather than doing, setting the quality bar, and making your team better, faster, and more accurate over time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working side by side with supply chain and operations teams, building scalable planning and costing processes, and bringing financial clarity to a fast-moving, high-growth manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as finance lead for the monthly S&OP cycle. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Program leaders each month to translate demand and supply plans into financial views of revenue, COGS, inventory, and cash, and attend and contribute to each S&OP review. …
