Position Overview

Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our growing production team. This role is responsible for overseeing inspection activities and leading a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure our autonomous surface vessels meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance prior to delivery.

The Quality Supervisor will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is shift-flexible, highly organized, and possesses strong technical inspection knowledge along with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

- Oversee and guide Quality Inspectors in conducting inspections and tests on components, assemblies, and finished vessels to verify compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure consistent application of inspection procedures across shifts and production areas.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions. …
