JOB OVERVIEW

The Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Manager is responsible for the installation, integration, and test of Combat System equipment aboard ship during the post-delivery shipyard period. Working on-site at the shipyard, you will track combat system hardware from delivery through installation, coordinate the delivery and installation of tactical software and adaptation data, and drive the sequence of stage testing, and Combat System Light-Off that brings the ship’s combat system to life. You will serve as a key integrator for Saronic, working with shipbuilding customers, the combat system engineering agent, and equipment and software providers — keeping configuration, schedule, and test status aligned so the ship achieves a safe, on-schedule, and fully qualified combat system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Combat system equipment tracking & configuration

- Track Combat System hardware — including Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) — from delivery and receipt inspection through staging, installation, and turnover aboard ship.

- Maintain combat system configuration accountability, reconciling installed equipment against baselined configuration documentation and field changes. …
