JOB OVERVIEW

Saronic is seeking a University Recruiter to help build the pipeline of interns and new grads who will design, build, and operate the next generation of autonomous maritime vessels. You will partner with our University Recruiting team and hiring managers to find top student talent, run standout campus events, and deliver a great experience for students from the first conversation at a career fair to their first day on the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to understand intern and new grad needs and translate them into campus hiring plans.

- Drive full-cycle recruiting for intern and new grad roles: sourcing, phone screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closing.

- Plan and execute campus recruiting events from start to finish: career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, and student org partnerships, including logistics, travel, swag, and booth staffing. …
