Recruit people who already trained for the job
Mars Mining optimizes members for their careers before they apply. They pick a department, work through Academy coursework built around what supervisors expect of a new hire, and earn rank and certificates as they go. If you hire for space, AI, robotics, computing or advanced industry, you can find them here.

Filter by real progress
Search by department, rank and certificate. Every certificate links to a public verification page.
See the file they chose to share
Candidates show up under an alias with the dossier sections they made visible: skills, education, experience, portfolio and work-style traits.
Ask, then connect
Send an interest request for a role. If the member accepts, you both get each other's contact details.
How it works
- Sign up with your work email. Your email domain has to match your company website, and personal email addresses aren't accepted.
- New accounts start on a 14-day probation with a smaller daily limit on interest requests. It lifts on its own if members don't report you.
- Search members who turned on Discoverable. They need at least rank R2, which means resume basics plus passed Academy quizzes.
- Send an interest request with the role and a short note. Members can accept, decline or report it. Requests expire after 14 days.
What members control
Members are hidden until they turn on Discoverable, and they choose which dossier sections to share. They can hide their file from specific companies. Family details and the full work-style interview are never shown to employers, only the traits a member picks. Names and contact details stay hidden until the member accepts your request.
Rules
- Direct employers only. Staffing and recruiting agencies can't sign up.
- Requests can't ask for fees or payments, and they can't mention crypto, gift cards or outside chat apps. Links have to point to your own company domain.
- Companies that get several member reports, or have almost every request declined, are suspended automatically.
- Ranks and certificates reflect Mars Mining Academy progress. They aren't job titles, degrees or licenses.
