Mars Mining Academy
Mars Mining optimizes you for your career before you even apply. The Academy is where that happens: one short course for each crew department, built around the work those jobs actually involve.
Each track is a handful of 15-minute modules with a quiz after each one, then a final test. Pass it and you get a certificate with its own public page, so an employer can check it. The lessons are for crew members, and joining is free. This page shows what's in every track before you sign up.

These are certificates of completion from Mars Mining, not academic credit or a license. They show you studied the material and passed an unproctored online test. Hands-on certifications like OSHA cards, a CDL or CPR still come from the people who issue them.
