Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Composite Technician to support the fabrication, assembly, repair, and inspection of advanced composite components used in a high-technology manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality composite structures while adhering to engineering specifications, manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with composite materials and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform composite fabrication activities including layup, bonding, assembly, and repair using carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite materials.

Prepare molds, tooling, materials, and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions.

Perform vacuum bagging, bonding, and curing processes while ensuring compliance with established manufacturing procedures.

Operate composite processing equipment such as ovens, curing systems, and related manufacturing tools. …
