Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician I (MLI Fabrication) to support the fabrication, assembly, and installation of Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI) systems used on spacecraft and satellite hardware. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in aviation maintenance, fabrication, aerospace manufacturing, composites, textiles, or related hands-on production environments.

Direct MLI experience is not required, as core fabrication tasks including blanket layup, cutting, stitching, taping, and installation can be learned through on-the-job training. …
