Purpose

Design and Engineering Systems at Divergent requires a dedicated product manager to unify disjointed request management, roadmap planning, and user advocacy. This role centralizes product ownership, aligns software roadmap with real user needs, and drives adoption and efficiency for the Divergent IPT organization .

The Role

Manage and prioritize incoming DES requests and stakeholder demands

Align DES software roadmap with user needs, technical constraints, and strategic objectives

Create, curate, and maintain documentation, training, and evangelization materials for current DES products

Synthesize disparate voices of the user base with the voices of their managers to inform roadmap and release decisions

Own outward release communication and adoption strategy

Work with PIPT, DES developers, and cross-functional partners to eliminate fragmented product-management overhead …
