Summary of Role: The Reticle Technician supports the inspection, qualification, and lifecycle management of photomasks (reticles) utilized in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role is responsible for performing detailed reticle inspections, identifying and documenting defects, supporting contamination control activities, and executing established procedures to ensure reticle quality and production readiness.

Working within a highly automated manufacturing environment, the Reticle Technician utilizes specialized inspection tools and metrology equipment to verify reticle integrity and compliance with quality standards. The technician partners closely with reticle engineers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional organizations to support yield, quality, and operational excellence while maintaining strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and handling requirements.
