Job Description:

Key Responsibilities • Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to identify and resolve issues. • Equipment Installation & Maintenance: Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and technical documentation. • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of production equipment. • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers for service and repairs as needed. • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to improve AMHS equipment performance and address AMHS equipment issues. • Documentation & Reporting: Generate reports detailing system failures, update existing specifications, and create new specifications to enhance equipment performance. • Engineering Collaboration: Partner with AMHS Engineering to execute experiments, implement configuration changes, and collect data for analysis. • Factory Ramp Support: Support factory ramp efforts by working with engineering and construction teams to ensure proper tool installation and conversion according to design specifications.
