Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and procedures. • Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to resolve production challenges effectively. • Perform functions associated with wafer production, including equipment handling, process training, and defect reduction. • Implement adjustments to machinery and equipment settings to optimize production efficiency and output quality. • Collaborate with peers and management to meet production targets and escalate issues promptly when output schedules are at risk. …
