Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 by JB Straubel, co-founder and former CTO of Tesla, on a simple but radical idea: the critical minerals powering the energy transition already exist. They just need to come back. Today Redwood is the largest lithium-ion battery recycler in North America — recovering, refining, and redeploying critical minerals from end-of-life batteries back into the supply chain. General Superintendent

The General Superintendent leads and oversees electricians and foremen in the field, managing team performance and keeping work aligned to project goals. The role supports the deployment and installation of Redwood's energy products, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), associated infrastructure, and solar. Superintendents are onsite daily during active work periods, which allows direct oversight of crew activity, early identification of issues, and full awareness of jobsite developments. …
