Schedule

This position follows a 3–4 x 11-hour schedule . Employees are assigned to a consistent 1st or 2nd shift and one of the schedules below:

Shift Days Hours

1st Shift Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday 5:00 AM–4:30 PM

2nd Shift Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday 4:00 PM–3:30 AM

2nd Shift Differential: +6%

Note: Shift and schedule assignments are based on business needs and may change over time.

Purpose

The Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD free operations which includes additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.
