From the posting

Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. By prioritizing relentless hardware iteration, we deliver high-speed systems at the pace of the modern battlefield. We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage.

About The Role: As a Welder, you will play a key role in fabricating, assembling, and joining structural and piping components critical to our production and mission operations. You’ll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to execute precise, high-quality welds across a variety of materials, ensuring all products meet rigorous performance and safety standards. This role is hands-on and suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and safety-focused environment.

About the pay figures (~): These are estimates. Yearly figures are estimated total comp ranges: the employer's posted pay range, or, with no posted pay, the median to 90th-percentile BLS wage for similar jobs, plus typical benefits and bonus, without stock. Hourly figures for internships and contract roles are posted rates or BLS hourly wage ranges. Figures outside the U.S. and for loosely matched titles are rough ballparks. How we estimate
