Responsibilities Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals. Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to established schedules. Conduct equipment inspections and health checks to identify potential issues before failures occur. Assist in equipment setup, qualification, conversion, and recovery activities. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime. Utilize problem-solving methodologies and available tools to identify root causes. Escalate complex equipment issues to engineers when required. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Quality & Process Support Ensure equipment operates within specification and meets quality requirements. Support engineering activities, trials, and qualifications. Assist in collecting and analyzing equipment data for process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.
