勤務時間：シフト勤務4勤4休（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・のサイクルです）昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15

Job Description： • Lead daily Probe manufacturing operations and shift manpower management to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. • Drive manufacturing performance through effective production management, workforce planning, and operational discipline. • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Equipment, Quality, Planning and Industrial Engineering teams to support volume execution and business goals. • Lead problem solving, escalation management, defect reduction, yield improvement and productivity enhancement activities. • Develop and coach team members to strengthen technical capability, leadership skills, accountability and operational excellence. • Support capacity planning, labor efficiency improvement, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects. …
