Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to established schedules and procedures. Complete corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on tester hardware and equipment-related failures. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and system-related issues to restore equipment operation. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, utilization, and uptime. Support equipment installation, qualification, upgrades, and validation activities. Analyze equipment logs, alarms, and operational data to determine root causes of failures. Perform equipment calibration and verification activities as required. Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and manufacturing teams to resolve equipment-related issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and repair history. Support spare parts management and inventory control activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness and productivity by leveraging AI. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards during maintenance activities.
