Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support Saronic as we scale.

This is not a traditional FP&A role. It is a strong fit for someone who sees a manual process, unclear ownership, or a recurring financial problem and immediately starts thinking about how it could work better. You will work across FP&A, Accounting, Finance tooling, and the broader business to improve how Finance plans, closes, structures data, and operates as the company grows.

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and willing to identify problems, challenge existing processes, and bring recommendations rather than wait for direction.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Improvement and Scalability

- Lead defined cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes across Finance, Accounting, tooling, and operational teams

- Proactively identify process gaps, unclear ownership, and emerging challenges, and recommend scalable solutions

- Drive improvements across areas such as cost allocation, operational data flows, revenue and COGS processes, and other workflows where ownership or processes are unclear …
