This role is a shift based role. Candidates must have ability to work on a monthly rotating shift pattern. Exact shift details are shared during interview stage.

Key Responsibilities : Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and procedures.

Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to resolve production challenges effectively.

Perform functions associated with wafer production, including equipment handling, process training, and defect reduction.

Implement adjustments to machinery and equipment settings to optimize production efficiency and output quality.

Collaborate with peers and management to meet production targets and escalate issues promptly when output schedules are at risk. …
